MEET CASEY
Hey there, I’m Casey! Thanks so much for visiting CaseyNowell.com where I share my personal home, design projects & curated collections of my most favorite home decor finds. I am a self-proclaimed decorator & designer helping you create beautiful spaces that you love. I am budget conscious but also appreciate good design and a well-kept home.
I was born and raised in the great state of Texas and currently reside in a small suburb just east of Dallas with my husband Phillip. It’s where Phillip grew up and where we decided to call home once we got married. We built our first home together here and it’s what inspired me to chase my passion for home décor.
I started my career as a realtor and transitioned to working for the nations fifth largest home builder for 8 years. What I loved most about the job was that it gave me the opportunity to design hundreds of homes and watch them come to life. As a bonus, I was helping people build and design their dream home! My experience in the industry helped me create homes that are both beautiful and functional for every day life. In addition, I love helping others outside of the homebuilding industry create spaces that make them feel excited about their home. Your home should always be a reflection of you and how you live.
Interior design & styling has always come natural for me and is my creative outlet. I follow the basic necessary “design rules” – I believe you should create spaces that are cohesive and reflect who you are using pieces that you love. Forget the trends and focus on what brings you joy daily.

MOTIVE
My entire life, I've been in love with anything and everything involving design. From touring open houses, to home parades, and being nose deep in magazines. Growing up, I was always rearranging my bedroom, asking to my parents to take me to Pier 1 to look around, or wanting to decorate spaces throughout my parents home. I knew I liked interior design, but never knew I'd grow to love it as much as I do today. Home decor and interior design is something that brings me so much joy in life!
I lost my dad to GBM Brain Cancer; During our final days together, he asked me to promise him I'd never give up on my passion and to chase this wild dream of mine. He has inspired me to do what I love - Casey Nowell Interiors was created a week before his passing. So now more than ever, I know this is what I'm meant to do!
